By accessing or using the OwnToday application ("the Service"), operated by Futy Tech LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes.

2. Service Description

OwnToday is a comprehensive digital planning and productivity platform that helps users organize their daily lives, track habits, and achieve their goals with AI-powered assistance.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may register using email/password or third-party providers (Google, LinkedIn). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Payments

OwnToday offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require an active paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current billing period ends. Refunds are handled according to Stripe's policies and applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and valid information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Do not upload malicious files, malware, or harmful content
• Respect other users' rights and privacy
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws

6. Intellectual Property

OwnToday, including its design, code, branding, mascot, and all related content, is the intellectual property of Futy Tech LTD and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within OwnToday (tasks, notes, files, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Futy Tech LTD a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not sell or share your personal content with third parties.

8. AI Features

OwnToday uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to provide suggestions, task breakdowns, daily briefs, and other AI-assisted features. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and should not be considered medical, legal, or professional advice. AI features may have usage limits depending on your subscription tier.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The OwnToday service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Futy Tech LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
